Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued once our warehouse inspects the goods.
